Roots and Shoots was established by Dominic, whose career in horticulture began amongst the historic landscapes of the Sharpham Estate. After years of developing his technical expertise in Wiltshire, Dominic set out to build a company that prioritised authentic craftsmanship and a genuine love for the natural world.

From its humble beginnings, the company has evolved into a thriving business built on the principles of hard work, integrity, and teamwork. Dominic remains most at home when working directly on-site, leading a team that shares his passion for seeing a project through from the first sketch to the final completion.
